- Understand the job description, determine the candidate profile and understand the client’s company culture.
- Advertise the position on curated and appropriate networks.
- Research our proprietary databases for suitable candidates.
- Approach candidates to ascertain their interest in the position and profile these candidates.
- Conduct in-depth telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Get permission from candidates to forward their CVs to the client.
- Compile a final shortlist of candidates.
